This free tier is strictly limited to standard consumer items and completely excludes all standalone power cells, hazardous materials, exceptionally bulky items, and deliveries routed to remote regional zones such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or offshore islands.

For standard domestic orders, we provide Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery for orders finalized before 15:00 and premium Courier Next Day routing for orders finalized before 12:30. Any orders received after our designated Friday cut off times will be systematically processed and dispatched on the following Monday. We maintain the absolute right to select or alter the final shipping carrier based on parcel valuation, spatial dimensions, and security insurance requirements.

Strict Lithium Battery and Tattu Brand Policy

All standalone lithium batteries, including professional power solutions from the Tattu brand, are legally designated as Dangerous Goods under United Kingdom aviation and transport safety laws. Consequently, we do not offer free shipping on any battery orders, regardless of the checkout total or order value.

To ensure safety compliance, all Tattu batteries and high capacity power cells are dropshipped directly from the primary supplier or manufacturer warehouse. Because these hazardous shipments require specialized transport logistics and direct factory routing, express or next day delivery options are completely unavailable for these items. All battery purchases carry a fixed delivery timeline of 7 to 10 working days. Standalone power units exceeding 100Wh will be securely routed via dedicated FedEx Dangerous Goods networks. Transfer of Delivery Risk and Buyer Courier Alterations

We fulfill our legal delivery obligations by delivering your parcel safely to the exact physical address submitted by you and verified at the checkout screen. If you choose to utilize an external courier application or platform, such as UPS My Choice, DHL On Demand, or Royal Mail delivery manager, to alter your delivery route, authorize a doorstep drop off without a physical signature, or redirect the parcel to a local shop or pickup point, the legal risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers entirely to you at the moment the courier completes the modified drop off. The Bionic Eye Limited rejects all liability for stolen or missing items resulting from buyer initiated carrier redirections, and these instances are entirely ineligible for replacements or refunds.

International Deliveries and Global Customs Liabilities

Our worldwide shipping framework offers direct air courier routing to global destinations, targeting same day dispatch for international orders received before 12:30 UK time. All purchases shipped outside the United Kingdom are fully exempt from domestic UK VAT and leave our facility accompanied by an accurate commercial invoice for customs clearance.

You, the buyer, are solely and completely responsible for paying all local import duties, border processing fees, and domestic sales taxes levied by your home country. We do not falsify customs paperwork or mark commercial cargo as gifts to bypass statutory import thresholds.

Freight Cost Adjustments and Abandoned International Shipments

If an international consignment is returned to our facility because you refused to pay local customs duties, failed to coordinate with import brokers, or provided an invalid delivery address, the absolute cost of both the outbound shipping courier fees and the inbound return freight charged by the carrier will be fully deducted from your final product refund.
