This reduces the size of the drone considerably. The booms folding arm connector is made of lightweight storing aircraft grade AL6061 aluminium, once opens the booms are secure rigidly in place with metal lock knobs. The lock knob system has been adopted to secure the hinge area, which otherwise could be vulnerable to vibration during flight, these lock knobs eradicate the vibration on both sides of the hinge, making the arms rock solid once assembled.
