We have extensive experience in packing and shipping orders both locally and globally, offering various delivery options tailored to our customers' needs.

 

U.K. Delivery

Free UK Standard Delivery:

Available for orders over £99* (next day delivery, subject to collection cut-off times). Exclusions apply for batteries, bulky items, and remote areas such as the Highlands.

UK Delivery Options:

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next day delivery for orders received by 15:00 (3pm). Fully tracked.

Courier Next Day: Next day delivery for orders received by 12:30 (12:30pm). Fully tracked.

Please Note: Batteries over 100Wh are classified as dangerous goods and will be shipped by FedEx. We reserve the right to select the appropriate courier based on value and size limitations.Orders received after the Friday cut-off time will be dispatched on Monday.

 

Worldwide Deliveries

Worldwide Delivery Options:

Courier: By Air, with next day delivery to most European countries. Same day dispatch for orders received by 12:30 (12:30 PM) UK time. Fully tracked.

Please Note:

Orders outside the UK are exempt from VAT charges and include a full invoice for customs clearance. Local taxes may apply based on local regulations and order value.

As of 1st January 2021, VAT is not charged to EU consumers or businesses. No duty is charged to EU member states due to the Free Trade Deal.

All batteries are classified as dangerous goods and will be shipped with FedEx.

We reserve the right to select the appropriate courier based on value and size limitations.

Orders received after the Friday cut-off time will be dispatched on Monday.

Additional Charges:

• Our system calculates estimated shipping costs for nearly all countries worldwide using multiple delivery couriers. While usually accurate, there can be occasional discrepancies due to remote delivery charges, bulky items, or extra handling fees. We will contact you to arrange additional payment if necessary.
• If a package is returned to us (e.g., due to unpaid local taxes), we will refund the product value minus any postage charges incurred, which could include both outbound and, in some cases, inbound charges depending on the courier.
